A 45-year-old Racine man is charged with making a threat against police. That city is on edge after an officer-involved fatal shooting last week. Witnesses in the emergency room at Ascension Hospital reported Kenneth Anderson said he knows the officer who shot 26-year-old Donte Shannon, he knows where the officer lives and he planned to sneak into his house and kill him and his family members while they were asleep. Anderson was being evaluated for a mental health condition at the time. He is in jail, but his attorney is asking for a hearing to ensure Anderson is mentally competent.
