A Kenosha man says he was walking to work last Friday morning because his car wouldn’t start. That was why he was in the right place at the right time to hear a call for help. Brody Chamberlain says he ran to the sea wall, peeked over the edge and saw a man looking up at him, clinging to the icicles frozen to the wall. The man had been riding a bicycle on an ice-covered path and fell into the icy water. Chamberlain grabbed his hand and held on until emergency responders arrived. The man had been in the water for 30 minutes when he was finally pulled to safety — but he’s expected to be okay. His name wasn’t released.
