Beloit Teacher Accused Of Sexually Assaulting Student

A 25-year-old teacher at the Beloit Learning Academy has been arrested for the alleged sexual assault of a teenage student.  Jaron K. Dubose was arrested Tuesday.  A student reported she had been sexually assaulted in a classroom at the school in December 2016.  She was 14 years old at the time.  The attack was reported in November and additional evidence was turned up earlier this month.  The School District of Beloit says Dubose was placed on administrative leave when the report surfaced and he has had no student contact since November 16th.
