A primary care physician at Manitowoc’s Holy Family Memorial cautions that ‘influenza’ can-be-serious to the very young or oldest residents alike. Dr. Pradeep Giriyappa tells Seehafer News about the hospital census for those affected by the flu.
Dr. Giriyappa said we’re “actually one of the better faring states in the midwest”..when it comes to the flu epidemic.
The HFM primary care doctor says..getting a flushot is “definitely a valuable tool.”
Dr. Giriyappa says 370 nasal swabs for influenza were taken locally.
The doctor at HFM advises…if you experience symptoms of the flu…stay away from others..because when you’re coughing or sneezing..people within a range of 6-feet…can become infected.
