MPD Seeking Man Who was Previously Set on Fire by Police

In July of last year, the Manitowoc Police Department responded to a report of a naked man running down the street. The situation escalated to the point where a TAZER was fired at 33 year old Travis Tingler. The prongs of the TAZER penetrated a lighter he was holding, which exploded setting his chest hair and beard on fire. Tingler is now wanted on a body-only warrant. No word as of now as to the nature of the warrant. 0
