The girls dominated the basketball schedule last night. In the Big East Conference, Manitowoc Lutheran moved into a 1st place tie with Oostbur with a 79-62 victory over St. Mary Catholic, and Oostburg toppled Sheboygan Lutheran. Meanwhile Mishicot stomped Sheboygan County Christian 60-36, Hilbert had little trouble with Reedsville, winning 637-36, Random Lake beat Howards Grove in a low scoring event, 38-26, and in a close one, Cedar Grove-Belgium edged Elkhart Lake-Glenbeulah 54-52
In the EWC, Kiel bested Roncalli 47-31, Valders whooped up on Two Rivers, 67-12, and Brillion topped New Holstein 73-50.
The Lone North Eastern matchup saw Denmark fall to Freedom, 54-31.
