Grafton police have arrested a 44-year-old man who caused an anthrax scare at a U-P-S store Wednesday. The man entered the store in Grafton, originally saying he was returning some electronics equipment. Then, witnesses say, he told workers in the store the box had anthrax inside and he hoped the recipients would all die. The man’s name hasn’t been released. He’s being held in the Ozaukee County Jail. Tests of his car and the box have come up negative for the dangerous bacterial agent.
