SLC Art Exhibit Opens Today

Silver Lake College in Manitowoc is hosting another art exhibit. “Typography by Stephanie Carpenter” opens today and will run through February 19th in the Lake’s Edge Gallery in the Franciscan Center for Music Education and Performance, located on the campus at 2406 South Alverno Road. Carpenter is the assistant director at the Hamilton Wood Type & Printing Museum in Two Rivers, where she teaches workshops, gives tours and helps catalog one of the world’s largest collections of wood type. The free exhibit is open to the public from 8:00 AM until 4:30 PM Monday through Friday.
