Charlie Berens has had a big year in 2017. He started the online sensation “The Manitowoc Minute”, announced “Roll out the Barrel” at the Packer/ Bear game, and has recently been on tour throughout Wisconsin. He finally made his way to Manitowoc the past two nights. After his show at the Capitol Civic Center on Wednesday he received an amazing gift. As the applause died down, Mayor Justin Nickels joined the local celebrity on stage and gifted him a key to the city.
