A Harley-Davidson affiliate is taking a California-based clothing company to federal court, accusing it of infringing on the company’s logo. The Harley dealer says it received a shipment of products from the company Affliction in October. The dealer claims the design on the shirts resembles the Harley trademarks too closely. A cease-and-desist letter apparently got no response. Harley-Davidson has sued at least four companies over its legendary trademarks in the last two years.
