A 57-year-old Neenah man faces two counts of homicide by intoxicated use of a motor vehicle for causing a double-fatal crash December 17th. Oshkosh police say Joseph Konetzke told the officer he didn’t remember the crash. Eighty-two-year-old David Rosol and 83-year-old Hazel DeWitt, both of LaGrange, Illinois, were killed. Testing right after the accident showed Konetzke’s blood alcohol content was more than three times the legal limit. The fatal accident happened two weeks after he had been charged with third offense O-W-I after a traffic stop in Winnebago County.
