A 25-year-old Milwaukee man has agreed to testify against his cousin to reduce the penalty he faces in the robbery-murder of a pizza delivery man. D’Andre Kennedy was facing charges of murder in the September incident. Instead of jail time, he will be on probation for 18 months if he takes the stand against his cousin, Mekael Kennedy. Investigators say the cousins put on hockey masks and robbed Clarence Taper, shot him to death, then returned to the apartment and ate the pizza he was delivering. Mekael Kennedy told police the gun went off accidentally, but D’Andre says Taper was shot because he tried to pull his cousin’s hockey mask off.
