A La Crosse County deputy district attorney says she will file a new homicide charge against a 34-year-old woman after the first one was dismissed. Jennifer Tenner is accused of driving her boyfriend to a location where he sold heroin which caused a man’s overdose death. Twenty-five-year-old Zachary Miller was charged with first-degree reckless homicide because Kyle Bott died last June. A La Crosse County judge dismissed the homicide charge against Tenner. Deputy D-A Jessica Skemp says she will file the new charge against Tenner Friday.
