A 19-year-old Green Bay man admits he shot his friend to death last February. Bryant Ellis pleaded no contest to first-degree reckless homicide charges in Brown County Circuit Court Monday and he will be sentenced March 2nd. Ellis told investigators he didn’t know the gun was loaded when it went off and fatally wounded Andrew Tohulka. He said he was just joking around. Ellis did admit the two were drinking and smoking marijuana before the accident at a Green Bay home.
