Janesville Murder Suspects Arrested In Missouri

Janesville police say the two suspects in the stabbing death of 43-year-old Christine Scaccia-Lubeck have been arrested in Missouri. Lubek’s body was found in her Janesville home by her mother Saturday night.  At a Monday press conference, police said 21-year-old Julian Collazo and 23-year-old Nicole Kazar are being held in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, awaiting extradition.  Lubek had been stabbed more than 30 times.  The two took her S-U-V equipped with OnStar.  That technology was used to pinpoint the vehicle’s location and police in Missouri were able to find the suspects at a gas station and take them into custody.
