4 Arrested In Theft, Shots-Fired Case In Oak Creek

Oak Creek police say officers were taking a theft suspect into custody Monday evening when shots were fired in the same parking lot. The incident happened outside the Meijer store in Oak Creek.  Police say the suspected shooter — and two others wanted for questioning — were also taken into custody.  Broadcast reports indicate one witness says he saw a man fire at least five shots in the direction of that parking lot.  No names have been released.  Two of the four people arrested had to be hospitalized, though they weren’t wounded.  No police officers were hurt.
