The Salvation Army of Manitowoc County is in the process of setting up their yearly toy shop, which will help ensure every child in the county will have a merry Christmas. The toy shop doesn’t stock itself though. Especially after a year where the Salvation Army helped victims of several fires, they don’ have the funds to buy all the gifts themselves. Luckily, two groups have helped in that department. The 2nd grade class at Bethany Lutheran School in Manitowoc dropped off toys they have collected this morning at 11:00, and employees at Jagemann Stamping bought toys for 25 children. The company also donated blankets, stuffed animals, books, and gift cards. Donations can be brought toi the Salvation Army office located at 415 N 6th St, in Manitowoc.
