Video surveillance cameras in Brown Deer show a woman dragged out of her car during a carjacking. Milwaukee police arrested two people, including a 16-year-old juvenile suspect, when that car was wrecked. The video shows the two following the 60-year-old victim to her car, waiting until she got in, then dragging her out by her ankles. They narrowly avoided running her down while speeding out of that parking lot. The woman’s name hasn’t been released.
