Liberty Café in Green Bay will be closing their doors today. The popular coffee shop has been open for two years serving sandwiches and coffee, and will lock up for the last time at 4:00 this afternoon. In a Facebook post, they say, “THANK YOU to each and every one of you for your support and for loving us back. I appreciate you all. I’m truly sorry to disappoint you in any way but sometimes life doesn’t always work out the way you planned.” The post has been bombarded with praise from many Green Bay residents, who are sad to see the coffee shop close, one calling it, “my most favorite little coffee shop in the area.”
