Waupaca County Investigates Apparent Murder/Suicide

Waupaca County sheriff’s deputies say a man apparently shot and killed his wife before turning the gun on himself. It happened Tuesday morning near Weyauwega (why’uh wee’guh), and it’s being investigated as a murder/suicide. Officials say the woman was driving when her husband shot her multiple times, and both were found dead in her car after it crashed soon after leaving the parking lot of a supper club. Investigators say the couple had been living separately, and their names were not immediately released.
