The Manitowoc County Sheriffs Office Is offering a reward for any information leading to the arrest of those responsible for theft and vandalism of signs in the Town of Gibson. Throughout October, road signs at several locations have been vandalized or stolen, including aat Princl Road, Horrse Road and Jambo Creek Road.
