Local Housing Statistics

Information provided by the Wisconsin Realtors Association shows monthly home sales in Manitowoc County were up in September from the previous month. 120 homes were sold last month which marks the highest amount for any September since at least 2007. I also represents an increase over the August figure of 109. Sales through the first nine months total 895 compared to 1020 for all of 2016. The median price for those homes in Manitowoc County is $106,500.
