The Wisconsin State Patrol arrested two men yesterday, in separate instances, for OWI, and both men are multi-offenders. 36 year old Michael Kryzanek (kriz-ah-neck) was pulled over on I-41 near Mason Street in Green Bay for speeding and improper weight registration. After a field sobriety test, he was arrested for his 6th OWI offence. 37 year old Joshua Gartman of Sheboygan was pulled over on County Highway MM west of Dairyland Drive, for speeding. He was also administered a field sobriety test, and was arrested for his 4th OWI offence.
