A Green Bay mother facing child neglect charges pleaded not guilty yesterday. Kimberly Fahrenhrug and her husband Bradley were detained, after doctors treated their five year old son. The boy weighed 29 pounds, but the parents said he would refuse to eat, and was prone to violent fits. The parents claim they sought treatment for their adopted son, and did not have any of these behavioral issues with any of their biological children. Both parents return to court on November 27th.
