The body that was pulled from the Fox River over the weekend has been identified as 20 year old Caitlin Pa Chia Xiong. Xiong was reported missing back on October 5th, and 9 days later he body was pulled from the Fox River near Heesakker Park in Little Chute. As Xiong hailed from Appleton, investigators from the city were called to assist in the investigation. An autopsy was performed, but the results have not yet been released.
