Two Manitowoc residents were arrested last night after a domestic incident. Officers were called to a residence on the 1900 block of Hamilton Street just before 10:00 on a report of disorderly conduct. Upon arrival, the officers noticed the smell of intoxicants on both the breath of both the man and woman. The woman had reportedly been throwing and kicking items in the home. The man had allegedly struck the woman several times as well. Because both were out on bail, with the stipulation of remaining absolutely sober, both were arrested, with the woman being charged with four counts of felony bail jumping, and the man receiving one, and a charge of domestic battery.
