The Green Bay Police Department responded to a report of shots fired on the west side of the city early this morning. According to the report, the shots were fired out the window of a parked car out at around 1:30 AM on Langlade Ave, just east of Oneida Street. Officers on the scene found shell casings, and a broken car window. No arrests have been made, and no one was reported injured.
