A 20 year old Manitowoc man is in police custody for the second time this month on drug charges. Rowdy Petersek was seen driving in the area of South 10th and Washington Streets by a Manitowoc police officer, and after running his plates, the officer learned he had a suspended license. Once pulled over. After pulling him over, the officer noticed several knives in the vehicle, as well as two medallions, one with a marijuana leaf, and the other with a mushroom, hanging from his rearview window. A K9 unit detected marijuana, and drug paraphernalia was found inside the vehicle. Petersek was arrested on suspicion of felony possession of THC, possession of drug paraphernalia and felony bail jumping.
