Suspect Identified in Appleton Hit-and –Run

A suspect has been arrested and charged after a hit-and-run in Appleton Saturday night. Justin Jorgensen allegedly struck a woman while she was in a cross walk at the intersection of East College Ave and Lawe Street at around 11:30 PM. Jorgensen is facing charges of OWI, and Hit-and Run, Involving Injury.
