Bail is set a $1000 cash for a 22- year- old Two Rivers man on charges of bomb scares and disorderly conduct in- connection- with a disturbance at a Manitowoc business over the weekend. Officers were summoned to Federal Mogul on Waldo Boulevard about 1:15 yesterday (Sunday morning). A company spokesman said they received a bomb threat from an unknown male…causing employees to be evacuated and a perimeter to be set up by Manitowoc Police & Fire Department personnel. Bomb-sniffing K9’s were called in from the Brown County Sheriff’s Office and Green Bay Police Department. During a follow up investigation officers were- able- to-match the incoming calls to Best. Employees were- allowed- to return to work Sunday morning and plant operations were disrupted for approximately 3-hours. No one was hurt. Conditions of bail are that best have no contact with Federal Mogul or any of its premises. He remains in the county jail with his initial appearance scheduled for next Monday afternoon at 2:30.
