Former State Rep Knudson Named To State Elections Commission

Former state Assembly Republican Dean Knudson (kuh nood’son) of Hudson was named this (Monday) morning to the state Elections Commission. G-O-P Assembly Speaker Robin Vos chose the former Hudson mayor to replace Steve King. He resigned last month after President Donald Trump named him as the new U-S ambassador to the Czech Republic. Knudson was in the Assembly from 2011 until he stepped down in January of this year, and he was on the state’s budget writing Joint Finance Committee for four years.
