The Arkansas Economic Development Commission says it couldn’t match the deal offered to Kimberly-Clark by Wisconsin, so the company is going to close its plant in Conway. Kimberly-Clark agrees to invest at least 200-million dollars in the Wisconsin facility as part of the agreement.
