A 21-year-old woman was arrested in Manitowoc on Friday after she was found to be in possession of Methamphetamine.
Hope A. Staab of Two Rivers had two felony warrants out for her arrest when the Manitowoc Police Department received a tip as to her location at around 4:35 PM.
Police tracked down the vehicle that she was said to be in, and conducted a traffic stop in the area of the intersection of South 18th Street and Marshall Streets.
The officer recognized Staab and requested the assistance of K9 Neko.
After a positive alert by Neko, the officers searched the purse Staab was rifling through and found a smoking device.
In a garbage bag, the officers located more drug paraphernalia and methamphetamine.
Staab was arrested and charged with Possession of Methamphetamine and Drug Paraphernalia, Intent to Distribute, and two counts of Felony Bail Jumping.
