One of the two men accused in a series of Oshkosh beatings provided investigators with a trail to follow. Twenty-year-old Domonick D. Strope and 18-year-old Nasir J. Jackson are charged with substantial battery and theft. Jackson apparently entered his Snapchat screen name on one victim’s phone. When an Oshkosh police detective sent a friend request to Jackson, it was accepted and the detective was able to see Snaps referring to the attacks. Four incidents were reported September 8th.
