The Wisconsin Badgers have won the recruiting battle for a standout high school linebacker from California. Number-two-ranked Clemson and Notre Dame were among more than three dozen football programs going after outside linebacker Spencer Lytle. He made an oral commitment to the Badgers Saturday. Lytle is the 13th known commitment for the 2019 recruitment class at U-W. He was one of several players who took their official visits to Madison during one of two weekends in June. Lytle announced his oral commitment on Twitter.
