Wauwatosa police say a woman who was handcuffed in the back seat of a squad car, managed to get free, move into the driver’s seat and go six blocks before pulling over. Police are investigating to find out how she did that. Officers had responded to a domestic violence call. Witnesses told them a female suspect had run into an area behind some homes after making threats. The suspect was arrested and put in handcuffs, before going on the joy ride. After she stopped the squad car, a police dog tracked her to a hiding spot under a porch and she was arrested a second time.
