Manitowoc police and EMS personnel were summoned Tuesday morning to 808 Memorial Drive for the report of a man passed-out in the drivers seat of his vehicle. A gas station employee told officers that the unit had arrived there about an hour prior to the report. The male was disoriented and was transported to Aurora Medical Center for further evaluation. While there, a white, rock type substance fell out of his clothing and an officer thru training & experience believed it to be methamphetamine. Police searched the man’s property further and found 3-packages of meth, a baggie containing marijuana, a tab of LSD, a glass smoking device and 3-empty baggies that had residual ‘evidence’ inside. The 37-year old man was medically cleared from the hospital and taken to the Manitowoc County Jail on a charge of possession of methamphetamine.
