American Josef Newgarden took home the gold medal, picking up his third win of the season, and 10th career victory in the process. Newgarden won in pretty decisive fashion, leading fellow American and silver medalist Ryan Hunter-Reay by 3.38 seconds. Rounding out the top three was Aussie Scott Dixon, who missed the top spot by five and a half seconds. Dixon still leaves Wisconsin happy, as he remains atop the season leaderboard with 393 points, followed by Hunter-Reay who is at 348, and Alexander Rossi , another American, who has tallied a total of 348. Newgarden’s victory jumped him up to 4th place with 343 points.
